These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the online request page and text-messaging (SMS) program operated by Mariotti Co., LLC dba Grace and Grit Home Services (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our request page, submitting a request form, or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these Terms.
Mariotti Co., LLC dba Grace and Grit Home Services is a locally owned roofing and home services company based in Summerville, South Carolina, serving homeowners in Lexington, South Carolina and the surrounding area. Information on our request pages is provided for general information; any estimate is confirmed in writing after we have looked at the roof.
Program name: Grace and Grit Home Services Customer Alerts. When you opt in, we may send you text messages (SMS/MMS) about your roofing request: replies to your inquiry, appointment scheduling and confirmations, appointment reminders, updates about your estimate, quote or job, review requests, and, if you separately agree, occasional marketing and promotional messages about seasonal offers.
You opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our online roof request form at lexington.myhomesolutionshq.com/quote, by submitting one of our Facebook or Instagram lead forms that includes our text-message consent language, or by texting us first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies depending on your request and the stage of your project. Typically you will receive a few messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to opt out. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages from us. If you want to join again, submit a new request form or text us again and we will start sending messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use our request form and to opt in to and participate in this SMS program.
Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use and protect your information.
You agree not to use our forms or messaging to send unlawful, abusive or misleading content, or to submit information about someone else without their permission.
Our request page and messaging program are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the request page or the SMS program.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
